Servo tensiner Unlike traditional tensioning methods,Servo tension device feed the wire automatically depends on the winding requirement.
The tension generate by servo controlled tensiner is very much more stable and consistence,compare with mechanical or magnetic type.
Tension can be set from 3g to 800g,it depends on the model.
Servo motor and control system are all packed within the body,SF series is solid and compact in design.
It operates with DC36V electric power.
Details :
- Its high-speed/high torque DC servo motor and built-In Adaptive Speed Control Software provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider tension range for high-speed precision winding.
- It also features a large screen HD LCD panel for multiple data setting & display.
- Standard configurations for this series include a built -in tension measurement system, two stage tension setting & wire breaking detection.The series operates with DC36 V.

1.The standard type for wire speed is 12m/s, If any special requirement, please contact us to customized.
2.In the all series of servo tensioner, please confirm output of maximum tension scope. Such as: You need tension range is 1-100g, that can select SF100. According to definition of type. Kindly confirm if need properties of tension attenuator or display tension function and mounted position of the tension wheel. If no need other function,That can choose SF100.
